OTC Story

Orange Tennis Club, Inc. is a non-profit organization officially incorporated in 2009 with 501(c)(3) status. Founded by three passionate tennis enthusiasts and our founding director, Jason Zoladz, a long-time tennis professional (not the kind you see on TV!), OTC is supported by memberships, lessons, clinics, special events, and the generous donations of our members and supporters.

We offer a wide range of programming for all ages and skill levels, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Our core mission is to grow and promote youth tennis in the community, providing opportunities for those who may not otherwise have access to the sport. By introducing young players to tennis, we’re helping them develop a lifelong passion for a sport that offers both physical and social benefits.

Looking to the future, our long-term goal is to build a dedicated tennis facility in northern Orange County. In the meantime, Orange Tennis Club operates out of Fairview Park and Umstead Pines at Willowhaven, continuing to serve the community with passion and commitment.

Our Mission

Orange Tennis Club's mission is two fold. OTC will provide the opportunity for everyone to learn and play tennis in an affordable, exciting, and fun atmosphere. OTC will introduce tennis to youth and provide needed equipment and scholarships to ensure that all kids who want to play, can.

How we meet our mission

  • Give out hundreds of racquets to the community

  • Provide numerous scholarships for both summer camps and memberships to allow for year round play

  • Provide several free community days throughout the year

  • Work with wheelchair tennis athletes to bring others to the game

  • Provide the most affordable option to keep people playing tennis

  • Bringing together a community of people

  • Work with local high schools to enhance their tennis programs

  • Provide a way for players to recycle old tennis balls, racquets and shoes
